Getting Started with Catalyst Communications Is as Easy as One, Two, Three

You have made the decision to start accelerating your business with Catalyst Communications – now what? Here is a guide on how to set up your virtual receptionist and what you can expect during the onboarding process. It’s as easy as one, two, three! ?

Step One

First things first, we want to get to know a little about you! There are two options for you to choose from for this step. You can either fill out our online contact form here or call us directly at 1-800-275-0303. The types of questions we ask at this time will be pretty general. Name, email, phone number, company name, type of industry, an estimate of daily call volume, etc.

Step Two

Now that we have a general understanding of your business, our sales team will work with you to customize how our operators will answer your account and how your messages and business leads will be delivered. During this step, we will help you craft the perfect answer phrase for your business. We will also discuss how you would like our operators to handle each type of call. For example, there may be some messages that you want us to send to you right away while others could all be held until the end of the day.

During step two, you will be able to choose how often you want us to send you your messages. We have some clients that get them once a day, some that get them twice a day, and some that want an email as soon as a new call comes in. We will put together a schedule that works best for your needs! We can also send messages to you via call, email, or even text!

Step Three

It’s time for the fun to begin! We will give you a phone number for your use and ask you to test the system we have built for you. Once you are happy, we can go live!

What’s Next?

Once your virtual receptionist is set up, you will be supplied with a phone number. When you need service, simply forward your calls to that number. Our receptionist will now answer any incoming phone call as a member of your team. Lastly, you will get your messages delivered at the time that you chose in your preferred format – email, text, call-in, or all of the above.
