Our Leadership Team

Bryan grew up literally crawling around the office and, when he was old enough, he took on odd jobs around the building. His drive and spirit of adventure led him to accept a nomination to the United States Naval Academy where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering in 2000. Upon graduation, he was selected for Naval Aviation and commissioned as an ensign in the United States Navy. Bryan earned his ‘Wings of Gold’ in 2002 and qualified in the F/A-18C Hornet in 2003. He flew combat missions over Iraq in 2004 before being selected to attend the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOP GUN). As a TOP GUN graduate, Bryan became a subject matter expert on the F/A-18 as a weapons system and how to best utilize the aircraft as a tool in any given scenario. The flexibility, adaptability, and must-win attitude honed at TOP GUN allowed Bryan to successfully serve as a strike fighter tactics Instructor in a resource-constrained environment while still training and leading young aviators into combat.

Shaun also grew up in and around the answering equipment. He attended Vanderbilt University, where he majored in biomedical engineering, before being commissioned as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy in 2003. While in the Navy, Shaun served on 2 frigates and a destroyer, where he learned about every capability and system onboard, and how best to employ them to maximum effect. While traveling the world, he worked closely with logistics personnel from 13 countries in joint operations to develop real-time problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamically changing environment.
After the Navy, Shaun earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University in 2009, focusing on operational improvement and strategy development. Since that time, he has consulted in multiple arenas and business functions. Shaun has been exposed to multiple business models, from instituting lean practices and technology enhancements for small businesses to strategy development and compensation planning for large-scale academic medical centers. Most recently, he has been working on revenue cycle management solutions for large medical centers and strategy development and implementation for healthcare payers. He has now focused his efforts on a new model of engagement through Catalyst Communications, leveraging existing partnerships to reinforce each other so all can thrive. Catalyst Communications is a whole suite of business development solutions, more than just a call center.
